We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2023, at the age of 98, Virginia Lee Morris in Houston, Texas, born in Killeen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Don K. Morris; her brother Ralph Harris; and her parents, Charles Howard Collins and Artye Gentry. She is survived by : her siblings, Brooksie Remple, Billie Taylor and Marge Nelson; her children, William K. Morris (Bill) of Hockley, TX and Shari Elaine Morris (Manning) of Katy, TX.; her grandchildren, Sarah Morris, Jennifer Champagne (David), Will, Kelsie Morris, Jessica Heller (Sean) and Morgan Sitton (Shawn); and her great grandchildren, Regan Codiz, Kirby Codiz, Dylan Charles, Tinley Morris, Zoe Heller, Hallie Morris, Ronnie Heller, Colton Morris and Beaux Sitton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 17th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 18th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 18th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Church of Christ (900 Echo Ln, Houston, TX 77024). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 18th 2023 at 1:30 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
