He was predeceased by : his wife Bobbye Sue; and his brother John. He is survived by : his brother George E. Cox III; his sons, Billy (Colette), Robert (Kristin) and Chris (Monika); his grandchildren, Billy, Cooper, Cade of Haley, CJ and Brandon; and his family, Billy, Robert and Chris.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 19th 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, March 19th 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 21st 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
