c. Discussion and possible action to review and approve a one-year renewal of maintenance and support for the network storage from a DIR vendor Accudata Systems, a Converge Company, in the amount of $91,000.
d. Receive the district’s monthly financial reports.

10. Discussion and possible action to review and approve a contract with sole source vendor Eccentex Corporation for enhancements to the district’s case management system (“CMS”) in the amount of $64,872.
11. Discussion and possible action to approve travel for the board members who plan to attend the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts Annual Conference February 19 through February 22, 2023, in Dallas, Texas.
12. Discussion and possible action to appoint a voting delegate and an alternate to the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts Annual Conference.
