Brays Oaks Management District Beautification and Urban Design Committee met Jan. 11.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

1. Call to order; determine quorum.

2. Receive public comments.

3. Approve Minutes of Board meetings held November 9, 2022, and December 5, 2022.

4. Receive Assessment Collection and Delinquency Reports.

5. Receive Bookkeeper’s Report, including review of District’s current investments, and approve payment of invoices.

6. Approve Order Supplementing the Assessment Roll for Hobby Area District; Levying Assessments Against the Property on the Supplemental Assessment Roll for the remainder of the Ten-Year Period; and Setting the Rate of Assessment for the Year 2022.

7. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

8. Reconvene in open session and authorize appropriate action.

9. Next Meeting – February 8, 2023.

10. Adjourn.
