He was predeceased by : his wife Frances Rosaline Hall (Armstrong); his parents, Lively Hall and Mae Hall (King); his siblings, Rommie, Bill, Fred, Joe, Lucille, Marie and Lila Jane; and his son-in-law George Edward Heinrich.

He is survived by : his children, Sharon Frances Heinrich (Angerer), Bruce Arthur Hall (Darienne) and Janet Lynn Stowers (Kevin); his sister Ann Chelakis; his sister-in-law Dorothy Kelley; his grandchildren, George Edward Heinrich, Jr. (Grace), Dounna R. Heinrich Poth (Andrew), Christopher Lee Stowers, Jeffery Cody Stowers (Crystal), Ryan Andrew Hall (Bridget) and Sarah Nichole Hall; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Taylor Williams, Nevaeh Stowers, Shane Stowers, Ruby Stowers, Lily Stowers and Ryleigh Roland-Stowers.

Viewing will be held on Friday, January 27th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 27th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28th 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Angels (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A committal service will be held on Saturday, January 28th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).

A section of the Post was named "Sunshine Hall" in 2017 in recognition of his contributions to the VFW.
