It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Calvina Mae Thomas of Houston, Texas, born in Loveland, Colorado, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Calvin Woodrow Miner and Mary Levina Miner (Wages); and her brothers, James Daniel Miner and Wayne C. Miner. She is survived by : her sons, Jeff Thomas (Stacia) of Kenesaw, NE and Brett Thomas (Brenda) of Houston, TX; her brothers, Kurt Miner of Osborne, KS and Kendall Miner (Renee) of Russell, KS; her sister-in-law Linda Miner of Beloit, KS; her grandchildren, Zach (Julie Thomas), Haley Thomas, McKenzie Thomas, Adam Thomas, Ryan Thomas and Anna Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Tatum Thomas, Hazel Thomas and Leni Thomas.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 27th 2022 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, December 30th 2022 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 27th 2022 at 5:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek (9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095).
