Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Call to order; determine quorum.

2. Receive public comments.

3. Receive and accept Hearing Examiner’s Report and Proposal for Decision on the public hearing held on October 28, 2022.

4. Approve Order Supplementing the Assessment Roll for Hobby Area District; Levying Assessments Against the Property on the Supplemental Assessment Roll for the remainder of the Ten-Year Period; and Setting the Rate of Assessment for the Year 2022.

5. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

6. Reconvene in open session and authorize appropriate action.

7. Next Meeting – January 11. 2023.
