5. Note Chairman’s approval for the Chief Investment Officer to travel outside the 48 contiguous United States to attend the EQT Exeter Europe Annual Investor meeting on November 8-9, 2022, in London, England with airfare and three (3) nights of hotel accommodation paid by EQT Exeter.

6. Approval for the Chief Investment Officer to attend the Deciens Connect 2023 on January 8-10, 2023, in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico with (3) nights of hotel accommodation to be paid by Deciens.

Approval for the Senior Investment Officer to travel outside the 48 contiguous United States to attend the Bridgepoint Credit LPAC meeting on November 30 – December 1, 2022, in London, England with ground transportation, airfare, and two (2) nights of hotel accommodation to be paid by Bridgepoint Credit.
