He was predeceased by : his parents, Cruz Ortiz and Faye Ortiz. He is survived by : his children, Matthew Laxson (Bridgette), Dezeri Ortiz, Jessica Latham and Cruz Ortiz; and his sisters, Mary Ann Hanlen (Eddy), Virginia Ortiz and Belinda Townsend (Raymond). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26th 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Services (7723 Beechnut St, Houston, TX 77074).
