Hobby Area Management District Board of Directors met Oct. 12.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Call to order; determine quorum.

2. Receive public comments.

3. Approve Minutes of Board meetings held August 10, 2022, and September 14, 2022.

4. Receive Assessment Collection and Delinquency Reports.

5. Receive Bookkeeper’s Report, including review of District’s current investments, and approve payment of invoices.

6. Receive report from Don Huml regarding City’s agreement to enhance the Mosley Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project.

7. Approve final Interlocal Agreement for Broadway Boulevard Street Improvements Between Gulfgate Redevelopment Authority acting on behalf of Reinvestment Zone Number Eight, City of Houston, and Hobby Area District.

8. Consider report and recommendation on responses to requests for proposals from accounting firms.

9. Consider authorizing SMC to undertake routine repairs to the Broadway irrigation system without prior district approval if the cost of such repairs does not exceed $5,000.00 per month.

10. Remove Board of Directors of Hobby Area Improvement Corporation and appoint new directors to complete dissolution of the corporation and carry out all actions necessary to wind down its operations.

11. Approve regular monthly board meeting schedule for 2023.
