The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Pheasant Creek fell by $77,306 while total valuation increased by 200 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,464 - a 31 percent decrease from the $249,770 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pheasant Creek in the third quarter of 2021.
