Q3: Home valuations in Fresno increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Fresno rose by $8,940 while total valuation decreased by 31 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 49 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $174,350 - a 5.4 percent increase over the $165,410 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Fresno in the third quarter of 2021.
