Richmond home valuations fell in Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Richmond fell by $26,892 while total valuation decreased by five percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 245 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $205,888 - an 11.6 percent decrease from the $232,780 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 258 homes sold in Richmond in the third quarter of 2021.
