Q3: Home valuations in Missouri City (Fort Bend County) fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Missouri City in Fort Bend County fell by $16,175 while total valuation decreased by 2.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 154 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $212,455 - a 7.1 percent decrease from the $228,630 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Missouri City in the third quarter of 2021.
