The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in New Territory rose by $37,281 while total valuation decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 30 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $244,419 - an 18 percent increase over the $207,138 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in New Territory in the third quarter of 2021.
