Home valuations increased in Sugar Land during Q3

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Sugar Land rose by $19,376 while total valuation increased by 8.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 319 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $281,000 - a 7.4 percent increase over the $261,624 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 293 homes sold in Sugar Land in the third quarter of 2021.
