The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Fulshear fell by $43,942 while total valuation increased by 38.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 36 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $337,219 - an 11.5 percent decrease from the $381,161 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Fulshear in the third quarter of 2021.
