A-3. 901 Key St - Alteration – Addition – Norhill Approve Staff recommendation: Approve the Certificate of Appropriateness per staff report. Commission action: Motion by Commissioner McNiel, seconded by Commissioner Wiedower Jackson, to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness per staff report. Motion carried with Commissioner Yap opposed.

Commission action: Motion by Commissioner Yap, seconded by Commissioner Wiedower Jackson, to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness per staff report, and with additional conditions to add a 3rd window to the proposed dormers on the historic structure; inset all dormers 2’ from the side walls, and ensure that original windows on north elevation remain the same. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve Staff recommendation: Approve the Certificate of Non-Designation per staff report. Commission action: Motion by Commissioner McNiel, seconded by Commissioner Yap, to approve the Certificate of Non-Designation per staff report. Motion carried unanimously.
