He was predeceased by : his parents, Paulus Attisha and Amelda Dawaf; his son Dr. Walid Attisha; and his sister Khalida Hannawi. He is survived by : his wife Dr. Faiza Roumaya Attisha; his daughters, Gina Mouser, Sheila Ryan, Basma (James Wainerdi) and Luma (Michael Golden); his daughter-in-law Janet Attisha; his grandsons, Ricky, Eric Mouser, Mark (Kate Ryan), John Paul (Mary Ryan), Brandon (Maggie Wainerdi), Christopher, Ryan Wainerdi, William and Connor Golden; and his siblings, Majida Mattioni, Majid Attisha, Hamid Attisha and Rafid Attisha.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 29th 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Dettling Funeral Home (14094 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77079). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 29th 2022 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A mass of christian burial was held on Friday, September 30th 2022 at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (625 Nottingham Oaks Trail, Houston, TX 77079).
