Lorene Ruth OGLESBY, age 86, of Pearland, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Lorene was born November 3, 1935.
Lorene Oglesby was born November 3, 1935 in Petersburg, Indiana and passed away on August 25, 2022 in Houston, Texas. Lorene was a Godly wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She and Leo were faithful members of Tallowood Baptist Church for 30 years. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Ginny & Joe Irwin; granddaughters and their families: Stephanie, Matt, Audrey, Claire, & Lily Halpert and Lanie & Mark Ridlen. She is also survived by her siblings: Joyce Randall, Mary Kenshol, Charles Myers and Betty Mosby.
A visitation for Lorene will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, followed by a celebration of life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
