She was predeceased by : her parents, Oral Sr. McClennon and Mable McClennon; and her husband Othell Hancock. She is survived by : her daughters, Nicole Elizabeth Hancock (William Shaw) and Kimberly Diane Hancock (Christopher Atkins); her granddaughter Kayla Nicole Atkins; her brothers, Oral O. McClennon, Jr. (Precious) and Robert Woodie McClennon, Sr.; her godchildren, Rewa Booher and William Jamel Booher; and her sister-in-law Ning Hancock. She is also survived by one niece, nephews, and a host of relatives.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 13th 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Baptist Church (119 Fidelity St, Houston, TX 77029). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 13th 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, August 13th 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paradise Cemetery North (10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088).
