It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maximus Abraham (Houston, Texas), who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Nabila Abraham; his children, Suti Hanna (late Molhem Hanna), Nouty Abraham (Goldie Abraham), Nahty Messiha (late Nader Messiha), Titi Sadek (Sherif Sadek), Shenuty Abraham and Tina Wendlandt (Eric Wendlandt); his grandchildren, Jonathan Hanna (Frankie Hanna), Demitrious Abraham, Peter Hanna, Noelle Abraham, Demiana Sadek, Elaine Messiha, Sarah Messiha, Chloe Wendlandt, Brendan Wendlandt, Ereni Sadek and Maximus Sadek; his great grandchild Mary Hanna; his sisters, Sania and Fawzia; his nephews, Akmal Ibrahim (Faiza Ibrahim) and Samy Matta (Neveen Sidhom); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Br. Misael Abba Moses, Philopater Ibrahim, Paul Matta and Joyce Matta. He is also survived by loving Father to his children, grandchildren, great granddaughter.

A prayer was held on Thursday, August 11th 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church (15770 Farm to Market Rd 529, Houston, TX 77095). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 11th 2022 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
