He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Rose Biondolillo and Jack Franklin Carker; his wife Beatrice Carker; his brother Joe Carker; and his sons, Jack Gay (Ruth), Greg Carker (Malissa), Gary Carker (Gloria) and Frank Carker. He was also cherished by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 18th 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039). A rosary will be held on Monday, July 18th 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19th 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 19th 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookside Memorial Park (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039).
