With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delfina Valdez of Houston, Texas, who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by : her husband Feliciano "Chano" Valdez; her sons, Joe R. Valdez and Vincent Adam Valdez; and her parents, Aurelio Villagomez and Dolores Villagomez.

She is survived by : her brothers, Ricardo and Henry Villagomez; and her children, Felix Valdez, Marti Maulik, C. K., Anna Camario (Richard) and Christina Valdez (Jesse). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 20th 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 20th 2022 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21st 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (915 Zoe St, Houston, TX 77020). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 21st 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
