She was predeceased by : her parents, W. Thomas Lewallen and Lillian Antoinette "Srovnal" Lewallen; her husband Benford Lee Buckner; and her siblings, Walter W. Lewallen of Magnolia and Delores Antoinette "Lewallen" Jeffrey of Houston.

She is survived by : her brother Donald Ray Lewallen (Linda) of Robinson; her children, Marc Allen Buckner (Sandra) of Pasadena and Linda Lee Bennett (Kent) of Fulshear; her grandchildren, Silva (Kelly) of Katy, Mallory "Buckner" Wheat (Josh) of Tomball and Jacob "Jake" Buckner; and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Carter, Barrett and Beau. She is also survived by three loving grandchildren and four precious great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14th 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 15th 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, June 15th 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memorial Oaks Cemetery (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079).
