He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd H. Adams and Florence A. Adams (Barber); his grandsons, Evan Creditt and Tyler Gray; and his siblings, Jack, Charles Adams, Ada Ritter, Peggy Hite, Joyce Watson, Linda Cox and Betty Greene.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra L. Adams (Hawk); his children, Gail Adams (Lisa) and Connie Gray (Johnny); his grandchildren, Curtis Adams, Courtney Worley (Michael), Josh Terrell (Kalie), Zachary Creditt (Melissa), Dusti Jordan and Shalon Hofer (Carl); his great grandchildren, Makala, Hannah, Ryder Terrell, Madison, Paxtyn Jordan, Mahayla Gray and Brennan Hofer; and his brothers, Ray, Leonard and Fred Adams.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18th 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (101 Liming Farm Rd, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A mass of christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 19th 2022 at 10:30 AM at the St. Angela Merici Parish (130 Stone Alley, Fayetteville, OH 45118).
