Home valuations increased in Richmond during April

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Richmond rose by $22,750 while total valuation increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 88 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,440 - an 11.6 percent increase over the $196,690 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Richmond in April 2021.
