The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Sugar Land rose by $27,404 while total valuation decreased by 17.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 75 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $303,398 - a 9.9 percent increase over the $275,994 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Sugar Land in April 2021.
