She was predeceased by : her husband Jesse Finister; her parents, Lula Anderson and Jesse Anderson; and her siblings, Thurman Webb (Dorothy) and Odell (LT) of Tennessee.

She is survived by : her sons, Carlton and Chadrick "Chad" (Arlene); her siblings, Doris Anderson Woodside, Carla Webb Clark (Richard), Jessi Lionel Anderson and Larry Green (Paul); her grandchildren, Asya, Christian, Angel, Chasidy and Amari; and her goddaughter Veronica Johnson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 30th 2022 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 30th 2022 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, May 2nd 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Brookside Memorial Park (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039).
