Joint venture begins plans for new industrial park

The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

BROOKSHIRE – Growth Capital Partners and Phelan-Bennett Development are building Westside 10 Industrial Park, a 167,120-square foot warehouse on 9.75 acres at 814 FM 1489.

The property will have 227 car parking spaces and seven trailer parking areas.

Work starts later this month and will wrap up in fourth quarter 2022. 

Lee & Associates will market the property and GCP will manage it.
