New Jersey investor picks up Houston retail center

The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

HOUSTON – New Jersey-based First National Realty Partners LLC has acquired the Champions Village retail center.

The five-building, 383,000-square foot project is on 32 acres at 5215 FM 1960 Road W. The center is anchored by a 61,600-square foot Randalls grocery store, which has been a tenant at the site for 50 years. 

Other tenants include T.J. Maxx, Barnes & Noble, and Kirkland’s.

Around 120,000 square foot is available at the center.
