Former Hewlett Packard campus purchased

The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

HOUSTON – The former Hewlett Packard Enterprise campus, an almost two million-square foot, multi-building property at 11445 Compaq Center West Drive, has been sold.

The property was built on 6.6 acres between 1984 and 1988. It has five office buildings, two manufacturing and distribution buildings, and four additional maintenance and amenity space facilities.

Amenities include a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, outdoor covered pavilion with a kitchen area for events, coffee and snack bars, climate-controlled skywalks, and numerous employee lounge areas and conference rooms. 

There are five parking garages and surface lots that provide 5,229 parking spaces in total.

JLL represented the seller. Boyd Commercial represented the buyer, an affiliate of Mexcor International.
