He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Esther and Robert Rea Raiford Sr.; and his parents, Josephine Eddy Hanks and Robert Rea Raiford Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Janice; his step-mother Elaine; his brothers, Paul (Melonie) and Scott (Lisa); his children, Stacey Johnston (Todd), Trey Davis (Kelly) and Meagan Thompson (Ben); his grandchildren, Jordan Johnston (Reanne), Hunter Johnston, Sydney Johnston, Peyton Thompson, Ivy Davis, Brennan Thompson and Emma Davis; and his pet Harley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 2nd 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726).
