Texas developers team up for Houston industrial complex

The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

HOUSTON – Constellation Real Estate Partners and Crow Holdings Capital are developing Constellation Post Oak, a 426,200-square foot industrial complex.

The 33-acre property will consist of a 304,400-square foot cross-dock building and a 121,800-square foot front-load building.

Construction begins in June. Completion is slated for second quarter 2023.
