It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billie Eugenia Smith (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Raxter and Flora Wood Raxter; her daughter Teresa Smith (Terry); her siblings, Peggy Raisig, Bobby and Ronnie Raxter; and her step-grandson Shaun Segrave.
She is survived by : her caregiver Erin Carr; her daughters, Debbie Segrave and Barbara Smith of Clemmons; her granddaughter Crystal Segrave (Rob Rubino); her sisters-in-law, Sue Raxter of King, NC and Geneva Mathis of Winston Salem; and her great grandchildren, Jenn, Emma and Connor Rubino. She is also survived by other nieces; nephews; and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 21st 2022 at 4:00 PM at the River Oaks Community Church (1855 Lewisville Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012). A reception will be held on Monday, March 21st 2022 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
