She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Gradick of Utah and Jerry Ola Gradick; and her brothers, Edward "Bill" Earl Gradick and Benjamin "Ben" Gradick. She is survived by : her husband Herbert Franklin Ely; her children, Stephanie Ely Jones (Eddie) of Galveston, TX, Randall Ely (Amy Dossat) and Bryan Ely (Rhonda) of Jones, OK; and her grandchildren, Derek, Connor, Griffin, Damon, Anderson, Phoebe, Bailey and Taylor.
