It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willie Mae Berkley Brigance of Houston, Texas, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Albertine McGinty; her step-father Aaron McGinty; and her siblings, Brenda Williams and Tom Brigance. She is survived by : her children, Michael Berkley and Michele Berkley Courtney (Ronnie); her brother Alvin Brooks, Jr. (Richelle); her aunt Delores Curry of Navasota; and her brother-in-law Vernon Williams, Sr. of Henderson, Nevada. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28th 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 5214 Cavalcade St, Houston, TX 77026. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28th 2022 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
