He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Fletcher and Alma Fletcher; his daughter Nina Irene Fletcher; his wife Justa Carolyn Cier Fletcher; and his siblings, Ruth Davis, Carolyn Edwards and Preston Fletcher.

He is survived by : his brother Tom Fletcher; his children, Justa Elaine Anders (Nick Anders), Alexander Boyd Fletcher (Maureen Fletcher), Amy Lea Beall (Scott Beall) and Kevin Cier Fletcher (Sharon Fletcher); his grandchildren, Lanie Garrett (Jeremy Garrett), Melody Brown (Justin Brown), Stephen Beall, Emily Beall, Scott Beall, Almeta Beall, Samuel Beall, Olivia Beall, Andrea O'Neal (Daylan O'Neal) and Jessica Fletcher; and his great grandchildren, Rex Brown, Justa Garrett, Henry Brown and Efren Garrett.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13th 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Navarre Funeral Home (2444 Rollingbrook Dr, Baytown, TX 77521). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 14th 2022 at 1:00 PM at 505 Rollingbrook Dr, Baytown, TX 77521. A burial will be held on Friday, January 14th 2022 at 2:30 PM at the Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery (8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521).
