'We are extremely happy to join the Ardurra family': Houston-based company Gunda Corp. LLC acquired by Ardurra Group Inc.

Gunda Corp. LLC (GUNDA), a Houston-based transportation and public works civil engineering company, was recently acquired and merged with Ardurra Group Inc., according to a press release on Businesswire.

Ardurra Group is a Top 500 Engineering News-Record company that provides consulting and engineering solutions to public and commercial organizations across the United States.

Gunda will continue to function as Gunda Corp., an Ardurra Group company, acting as a hub for transportation engineering services in the central U.S. with offices in Texas.

Morrissey Goodale LLC launched the acquisition on behalf of Gunda Corp., while Greenberg Traurig LLP provided legal counsel to Ardurra and CohnReznic LLP served as a financial and tax consultant.
