1. Determine quorum; call meeting to order.

b. Consider Amendment to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Houston for Improvements and Maintenance of Willow Waterhole Greenway.

c. Consider Task Order with Gauge Engineering for professional engineering services for Design of Trails at Willow Waterhole Greenway.

d. Consider Task Order with M2L Associates for landscape architectural design services for Trails at Willow Waterhole Greenway.

10. Receive Executive Director’s Report.
