a. Discussion and possible action to approve minutes of the regular meeting of November 17, 2021.
b. Discussion and possible action to review and authorize a one year contract renewal with CoStar Realty Information, Inc. to provide software/database containing industrial, office market, tenant, and comparable sales data. The annual cost of this contract for 2022 is $180,000, which represents an approximate 6.5% increase from 2021. This cost includes thirty-eight (38) user licenses.
c. Receive the district’s monthly financial reports.
d. Discussion and possible action regarding authorization for payment of bills and payroll and transfer of funds between line items.

7. Discussion and possible action to advise and consent to the chief appraiser’s reappointment of two members to the Agricultural Appraisal Advisory Board of Harris County Appraisal District.
8. Discussion and possible action to authorize the chief appraiser to contract with Philip Ewald Architecture Inc. to provide space planning and design services.
9. Discussion and possible action to review and approve the purchase of additional Street Level Imagery and LIDAR, and to authorize the Chief Appraiser to amend previous Interlocal Government Agreement with Harris County including HCAD as a Project Partner for the cost share of $350,000.
10. Discussion and possible action to review and authorize the Chief Appraiser to enter into a new three-year agreement with FIBERTOWN for continued use of their data center and colocation services, for a total cost of $141,120, paid $47,040 annually.
11. Discussion and possible action item to review and authorize the Chief Appraiser to purchase a one-year renewal for the District’s firewall support, including the subscription for all related devices and endpoint protection clients, from a DIR vendor Accudata Systems, for a total cost of $136,000.
12. Discussion and possible action to authorize the chief appraiser to exercise the third renewal option with an amendment on a contract with Corestaff Services for temporary staffing services with an estimated cost of $257,500 for 2022, with an increase of 3%.
13. Discussion and possible action regarding the disposition of 2021 excess funds.
