He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Ralph Briggs Harp; his brothers, Alan Bennett Harp and Ralph Briggs Harp, Jr.; his wife Kelly Wiley Harp; his children, Carrie Harp Fisher (Clay) and Robert Briggs Harp, Jr. (Angi); his granddaughters, Kelly Lyn Fisher, Hazel Belle Harp, Vivian Briggs Harp and Carlisle Fisher Powell (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Emma Scott Powell and Briggs Fisher Powell; and his cousin Barbara Inman Pollock of South Carolina.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 30th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the St. Martin's Episcopal Church (717 Sage Rd, Houston, TX 77056).
