It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Kay Meeks of Houston, Texas, born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Ralph and Iva Lee Steele; and her son Christopher. She is survived by : her husband Preston Meeks; her sons, Matthew Watson (Jennifer), Gerry, Alan and Douglas Meeks; and her grandchildren, Titus and Laurel Watson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27th 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 28th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (12955 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77079). A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 28th 2021 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
