She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Lee and Addie LaVerne Waldrep. She is survived by : her husband Jimmy Meyer (Day); her daughters, Angela Denise and Janice Dawn of College Station; and her siblings, Durita Kay Cagle and Earl Lee Waldrep Jr. of Lubbock. She is also survived by her six cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21st 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Klein Funeral Home - Tomball (1400 W Main St, Tomball, TX 77375). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 22nd 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Kinsmen Lutheran Church (12100 Champion Forest Dr, Houston, TX 77066). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 22nd 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Klein Memorial Park (14711 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, December 22nd 2021 at 3:16 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Kinsmen Lutheran Church 12100 Champions Forest Drive Houston, Texas 77066 or to Meals on Wheels through Northwest Assistance Ministries at 15555 Kuykendahl Road Houston, Texas 77090.
