He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jessie Weaver and Lula Weaver; his siblings, Claudie, Redia, Effie, Marchie, Opal, Lillian, Eugene and Hoyt; his wife Irene Jurries Weaver; his children, Bruce David Weaver Jr., Shannon Foster Weaver, Beverly, Steven Floyd, Byron and Cindy Weaver; his grandchildren, James Floyd, Aaron (Hannah Floyd), Steve Floyd, Tres (Jennifer Weaver), Katie (Russell Martin), Delaney Weaver (Denton) and Addie Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Caleb Martin, Ella, Jamie Floyd, Coral Floyd and Corrine Floyd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 4th 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the H. Lewis & Sons Funeral Directors (1010 Bering Dr, Houston, TX 77057). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 5th 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Chapelwood United Methodist Church (11140 Greenbay St, Houston, TX 77024).
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family would like to suggest memorial contributions be directed toward the LifeLine Project at the First United Methodist Church, 1320 Main St., Houston, TX 77002.
