He is survived by : his children, Katherine Burns, Rhianne Morgan (Trey Morgan) and Russell Burns, Jr. (Amy Burns); his grandchildren, Tyler Morgan, Collin Morgan, Alyssa Morgan and Hannah Burns; his brother Kenny Burns, Jr. (Jeane Burns); and his sister-in-law Rita Burns.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 5th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Crowder Funeral Home (2422 E Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 5th 2021 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
