Houston-area realtors sold 9,890 single-family homes in August ’21, up 8.5 percent from the same month last year, according to the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). For the 12 months ending in August ’21, realtors sold 106,743 single-family homes, up 20.5 percent from the same period in ’20.
