Gilberto "Gil" Flores, beloved son, brother, nephew and uncle, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021 and he was born April 18, 1959 in Brownsville, Texas.

Gil is survived by his mother Maria Angela Martinez Proa de Flores; sister Rosalinda Flores; longtime friend Rosa Grimaldo.

Also cherishing his memory are his many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Gilberto is preceded in death by his father, Jose Encarnacion Flores; his siblings, Margie Conchola, Juan Jose Flores and Arturo Flores.
